Aufenthaltsbereich mit Holzofen, offener Dachkonstruktion und Zugang zur Terrasse. Außerdem gibt es eine gut ausgestattete Küche, 3 SZ (2 davon mit Zugang zur Terrasse), ein Bad mit Whirlpool und Sauna, eine Gästetoilette sowie ein Carport mit Geräteraum. Gratis Internet, eigener PC ist mitzubringen. Die Solaranlage sorgt für Luftzirkulation im Haus und somit für ein gutes Innenklima. Geschützte Terrassenfläche sowie Rasenfläche, auf der u.a. Federball gespielt werden kann. Der Ringkøbing Fjord ist ein perfektes Surfgebiet mit flachem Wasser, sowohl für Könner als auch für Anfänger. Es sind etwa 15 Autominuten zur Nordsee und ca. 45 Min. zum Legoland. Ein 18-Loch Golfplatz befindet sich ebenfalls im Gebiet. Keine Vermietung an Jugendgruppen.
