The person with whom I made the reservation was good to work with, but I was not very pleased with the check in process. We had hoped to check in a little early (around 3:15 or 3:30, and because the staff did not communicate well, we actually ended up not able to check in until later than 4:00 pm, which resulted in us missing an appointment and caused a lot of trouble for us. Also, the wi fi did not work (we travel a lot and are experienced with how to connect to wi fi wherever we are if it is working.) Being from Texas, we had not encountered this before. It would be helpful if the heat had been turned up before our arrival late that night and if we had a little more explanation about it before we arrived there. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2008 The reservation process was more complicated than necessary because of the inexperience of the reservation agent. She charged me the whole rental at once instead of in two parts. And, I never received the emails with the necessary paperwork. Then she called to ask why I hadn't filled it out and she was very unfriendly about it. I think the problem was only with that one person because everyone else bent over backwards. The condo was beautiful and perfect for our needs. It was more spacious than we thought it would be and very comfortable.The only problem we had was getting the DVD player to work on the second night. We'd go back again.
