A little bit disappointed. Barbara G. from Thamesford, ON does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in March, 2013 I love dealing with the people at KOKO, but was disappointed that the property itself was a little dirty in spots, the lights in the kitchen weren't fully operational, there was no furniture on the upper deck for sitting outside, and that we had to sleep on a plastic mattress protector. There are mattress protectors available these days that are impervious to liquids and yet breathable. Bathrooms were nice and clean though and the location is perfect! Koko reps did leave a kind and apologetic note however, about the lights. Ideal Location John P. from Houston, TX recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2012 The accommodation was clean, modern, bright and well equipped. There was plenty of room for myself, wife and teenage son. The wifi worked perfectly. The kitchen was well equipped with utensils and crockery. There was plenty of storage space. The two bathrooms were modern and clean. The carport prevented the car from being snow covered, so no hold-ups to get out and about. The service from the letting agents was superior both in terms of the initial booking to the provision of an information pack on arrival. Stayed for 33 days in November, 2012 I spent a month (Nov-Dec) at Cottonwood Casita and really enjoyed its quiet and close location to downtown Taos. In addition to the baseboard heating, the space heaters really warm up the unit. The lighting is excellent. Comfortable bed and two bathrooms. TV/cable good and wireless strong. Enjoy! We were in walking distance to town and the condo was lovely...beautifully furnished, immaculate and very comfortable. The management of the property were very helpful and pleasant.
