Our Quail Ridge condos (#166, 205 & 215) are closely located to Casita del Corazon (2.0 miles), Casa de la Valle Luna (3.8 miles), Bella Vista Valdez #1 & #4 (6.3 miles) and Inn at Taos Valley #8 (12.3 miles).

The location was perfect for access if you want to visit to all 3 ski parks. Cockroach motel Ty S. from GRUVER, TX does not recommend this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2012 I've stayed at Kokopelli properties years ago, that's why I used them for our honeymoon. I have pictures of smeared poop on the bathroom vent switch, along with nasty huge black hairballs and pubic hair all over this little casita. When I asked them to attend to the filth, the QA woman gave me grief asking why didn't I tell her the first day we got there that it needed cleaning...We got in at 4am, we were sleeping! Gabriella, QA from Kokopelli, sent the cleaning lady out, this is where they bagged up all of our towels and left a note..."We don't provide towel service, you have to wash your own towels at our laundrymat." If I was the QA specialist, I think I would have provided clean towels simply for trouble of being so filthy. They do have a laundrymat at the property, however, there were 2 washers and 2 dryers, half of the machines were broken! When I asked about some kind of monetary compensation, Kokopelli offered a 10% discount on another stay and they refunded the cleaning fee to our stay. I run 3 businesses in my hometown...if I took care of my customers this way, I'd be out of business in a week! We will NEVER stay at a Kokopelli property again!
