Property was clean, spacious and elegant. Very helpful staff both in the rental office and at our property. The few minor inconveniences were fixed quickly (DVD player did not work- they replaced it the next day; bee hive in back yard was removed immediately).The gourmet kitchen was a pleasure, there were plenty of towels, the pool was beautiful and someone came to clean it a few times a day, security guards were on duty 24/7, the location was perfect for our needs. The workers / maids and security around the property were very helpful and polite. The Cold water did not work in one bathroom which when brought up to management company was fixed very fast. There were no BBQ utensils which we borrowed from a neighbour. There was also no stero / radio in the rental. We ended up using an old clock radio that worked, however, not the best. Price of Rental after arriving on site was high compared to what others paid at some property. Next Year we will shop around a little more. These taxi expenses would not have been required if the condo complex was in the downtown area of Tamarindo.
