Lovely 2 BR condo nestled in an intimate tropical setting. Fully furnished with high vaulted teak ceiling. With a den as a 3rd BR it can sleep up to 7. The unit has A/C, celing fans, a fully equipped kitchen, internet access, TV, private terrace, and more.With a small Mediterranean Village flavor, this lovely 5 home complex is nestled within a quiet residential area of Tamarindo in a gated development that resembles a private estate. It is perfectly located just a short 100 yards from the beach and four blocks from the center of town. A shared pool surrounded by tropical landscaping is at the center of the complex. There is an outdoor barbecue around the pool area. This is a great location for a family ? quiet, private, close to town, and close to the beach. If you have large group there is are also 2 condos available for rent in the same complex. Rent all three and enjoy a family vacation in your own compound.

Casa Blanca #5 is as the title suggests one of 5 condos in an enclosed and secure area. I have only one serious complaint and that is consideration should be taken as to the mix of renters. We had one week where the other four condos were taken over by a wedding group, the average age being between 18 and 22. The gender mix was roughly equal, the total being around 18 youngsters. What you end up with is a week of drunken, yelling, fighting, and screaming. the 'F' word being very prominent, when this goes on till 2 a.m. it gets a bit tiring. Apart from that one week, the rest was just fine.
