Sunrise 16 A guest from Jackson Heights, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in November, 2012 The apt was beautiful, clean and well situated. The only problems were that the wifi was very weak and often not available and the landline phone did not work. Housekeeping didn't show up until the day before we were leaving but that was ok with us. The condition of unit 16 in March Reviewed by: Douglas W. recommends this property. Stayed for 31 days in March, 2011 On March 1 the unit had not been cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the sink, the beds had not been made and a smell in the kitchen turn out to be water that was in the dish washer so long it was slimy. The fan in the back bedroom did not work,the right 2 burners on the stove did not work. The air conditoner flooded water onto the floor 4 times. The knob to operate the dryer would not stay on and the Safe did not work. The door bell did not work but I got a new battery and it's ok. This is the 3rd time I have stayed on unit #16 of the sunrise condo's and I like that unit a lot. I never had these problems when I rented from RPM, I hope this is just a one time shot and the new agent will improve next year. It was clean, roomy, and has that great balcony that you see in the pictures. It was a little hard to find after dark, but we got good directions from the property management company. The electronic safe malfunctioned during our stay and locked itself up with all our valuables inside, but Sandi came with the key about 20 minutes later. It is really a well run, safe, quiet place and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! My only complaint is that too many of the Sunrise units are rented to collage students that party beside the pool very late at night and make too much noise. It was open, light, clean, and had every amenity we needed (great AC, pots, pans, dishes, etc.). We'd definitely stay again. I was a little skeptical about going through RPM since we had to send a check to a bank in Florida (they need to figure out a way to accept payments online with credit card), but it all worked out fine. Now that we know where they are, it will be easy to use them again. They were very helpful in booking the stay.
