Holiday stay at Casa Sueno, Tamarindo December 2012 Reviewed by: Chris B. recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 My family stayed during the Christmas holiday and were very satisfied with the property, locale, and amenities. The condo and property were beautiful and comfortable, but the mechanics were a little old. The coffee maker was did not work, but was quickly replaced by housekeeping. Half of the sink had a note "do not use this side", as there seemed to be a drainage problem. There was a broken light cover to the range hood sitting on the counter and there was no shower head in one bathroom, just the shower pipe.We had a toilet overflow, which we fixed ourselves. When we used the dishwasher it ended up flooding the kitchen floor while it ran. (That was the reason not to use that side of the sink I guess.) It turned out the garbage disposal on that side was probably clogged and when maintenance promptly came and fixed the disposal, the sink and dishwasher worked fine also. We enjoyed the patio and pool immensely, and we were right in the middle of all the action in Tamarindo. We felt very safe in the complex and town. The staff, including the guards and maintenance workers were all great, helpful and friendly. I would definitely stay at Sunrise Condos again, and was overall very pleased. Jonathan and Juan at the property management were always readily available, even during the holiday; and very informative about the condo, town, and things to do. My Stay at Casa Sueno Reviewed by: A guest recommends this property. Stayed for 14 days in October, 2011 The property and condo was amazing. For six people it was perfect. Very spacious and open. I really enjoyed the patio that led straight to the pool. The facility personnel were very friendly. A few things in the condo did not work properly, such as the dishwasher, blender, DVD player and outside fan. Also we had a problem with the toilet not flushing and the ceiling fan not working in one of the bedrooms. When we expressed that we would like these things fixed, it was handled right away. We had no other problems with our stay and I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends and would gladly come back for another stay!
