This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the hillside overlooking Tamarindo. There is a small loft, over the dining area. There is a wonderful ocean view from the terrace where you'll find a gas grill, table and chairs for four. The condo comes with full kitchen, cable TV, A/C, and a shared pool. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the condo. Monte Perla Condominiums are beautifully and creatively designed, luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 1300 sq. ft. units overlooking Tamarindo Bay. Spectacular ocean views from every room accentuate these contemporary condos.The oversized free form pool and deck are ideal for swimming laps, tanning, or just relaxing with a good book. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, it's only a short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and recreation. It's no wonder Monte Perla is the 'jewel' overlooking Tamarindo!Monte Perla's main room is an open, combination kitchen, dining, and living area that looks out on Tamarindo and the ocean. Nice place to visit BUT Robert W. from Brighton, MI recommends this property. Stayed for 76 days in January, 2009 RPM Services rental company was very helpful for our 9 week vacation, we left one week early.Local people are helpful and very friendly.Maid service is excellent. no telephone for 3 weeks no internet access for 4 weeks, then often slow and drop-out connections.no water for 3 weeksloud unbearable home alarm (next-door neighbor) all hours of the day and night for 4 weeks. Property Manager Response: Robert had a tough time here. The unusually high winds we had earlier this year reaked havoc on electrical, phone, and internet service - all of which are good most of the time. But too many downed lines and outages due to weather made life tough for everyone. Then to top it off, the water company turned over their concession to the Feds and it took them 3 weeks to restore service to the town. Here in Tamarindo, there are still challenges with services that we take for granted in the States. On the other hand it's stable enough for us to run our business from here and make it work - you just have to be able to live with the occasional inconvenience. The only noise was a short burst alarm that went off to let the construction crew know when to start and stop working. The location is a short walk from town and the beach, but it is up a hill, so a bit tough in the heat of the day. Cabs are cheap and not too difficult to get.
