Me and my family have so spend the night with 31 celsius degrees inside the apartment. It was terrible, I called the maintenance and they told me: 5 minutes...5 minutes... bla...bla...bla... only lie, the A/C never was fixed. The guy in the phone just lying. I paid for a place with A/C included and it was no true, please don't lie to the clients.
