The Stehr is 1200 square feet condo with 2 bedrooms. It sleeps 5 guests. The spacious master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 twin size beds along side with sleeper sofa. The bedrooms have access to full bathrooms.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Cable TV and free WiFi are included. There is easy access the pool and the beach.

KITCHEN:
The Stehr has an American standards fully equipped kitchen with, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, blender, coffee maker, microwave oven and cooking utensils.

DINING AREA:
The Stehr has a luxurious and comfortable dining area for 4 guests.

Major airlines fly into Liberia airport, which is only 45 minutes from the condo, or you can fly into San Jose airport which is 4 hours away by car or take a 40 minutes commuter flight to Tamarindo domestic airport.

Great family vacation Reviewed by: Amie R. recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in December, 2012 It Was a great location to the beach and town. The staff and sucurity of the building was great! The pool was cool and our son loved swimming in the waterfall! The beds were comfy, although I'm spoiled with a temperpedic mattress at home. Furniture was nice and modern. The overall size was very spaciouse. Parking was good. Our only complaints, was the sewer smell from the main bathroom next to the kitchen. We think the traps would dry up and the smells could creep up the drain and stink up the condo. If you kept the drains wet, we could get rid of the smell. Also there was not a great supply of hot water available. Tamarindo is a fun town and the condo was a good choice!!
