Stores for groceries are also a short walk. The unit is older and in need of some improvements. Most importantly the ceiling fans and air conditioning unit the bedroom were functioning. Our unit was in the back and it was very quiet. We arrived late and picked up the keys in Playa Langosta Office and after a driver dropped us off at the unit in Tamarindo we realized we had the wrong keys. Called RPM and someone came over with the proper keys to the unit I had initially reserved. Pool area could use some additional chairs. Everything about the place was great the only drawback and it will not deter us from returning, was the dog poop left by some(not all) owners or guest pets plus the occasional stray. The gardener did a tremendous job of trying to keep up with this problem. Stayed for 9 days in September, 2008 While the propery at Pueblo del Mar was comfortable, I was on a working vacation and needed access to the internet every day which was promised to us, but when we arrived, we were told that the problem would be fixed the next day, every day. The sole purpose for taking this particular property was because the internet was meant to be available to us and it was not, causing us to have to go to the internet cafe every day to check in. Highly aggravating and a cost that could have been avoided. They did try to help by bringing a cable to plug in to, but the modem had been stolen. No offer of money refunded was given. Dissapointing given Tamarindo seems to be a town with American prices, but not with American service. Pueblo del mar 15 Erika H. from North Attleboro, MA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2008 Eight of my friends and i shared two four person condos for the same price. Pueblo del mar 15 leaked from the second night on from the bathroom into the bedroom and was disgusting and coming from maybe the toilet. Also for paying the same, the other condo had air conditioning up and down stairs and ours only had air conditioning upstairs which for the same price and something saying it was air conditioned wasn't fully true and they also switched our condo without telling us. We were supposed to have another one like 17 or something and they switched it to 15. i think the fact that the toilet and or shower leaked into the bedroom the whole time is what really ended up making us upset. Also when you say you have a safe provided to keep our valuables in we assume that means everyone and if you can't maybe you should put safe in each condo.
