The complex consists of 23 condominiums situated just steps from the beach. The lush tropical gardens and sparkling swimming pool invites you to step out and enjoy the sunshine.Each unit at Bahia Langosta is beautifully appointed and fully equipped. The central air conditioning keeps your condo cool and comfortable. The condos are all fully equipped and include all amenities ? including well-appointed kitchens.Our one, two, three, and four-bedroom units can accommodate your friends and family comfortably and in style. The one-bedroom condos, located on both the upper and lower levels, can sleep 2-4 people comfortably. Our two-bedroom/two bath unit with a sofa sleeper in the living area can sleep up to six persons. The three-bedroom/three bath units, located on the third level, have spectacular views of the beach and pool. The third bedroom, a loft overlooking the living area, is light and spacious and has a private bath. The four bedroom unit is located on the top floor and has great ocean views from its two balconies, living room, and dining room.Relax out on your private patio and enjoy a beautiful Pacific sunset or stroll the beach for treasures. There are several restaurants in the area within walking distance as well as a convenience store or all your last minute needs - and central Tamarindo is just a mile away. Lovely Unit at Playa Langosta A guest from Mill Valley, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2011 This 1-br unit on the ground floor facing the pool/garden is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen to cook. I would have preferred an upper floor but not available. Playa Langosta is somewhat isolated so no nearby restaurants; have to take bus, taxi or walk to Tamarindo (we had no rental car) where there are many restaurants and shops. If you are walking, the road to Tamarindo is very dusty so when cars go by dust blows in your face. The only drawback to the unit is that the wi-fi is not secure (no password) so felt uncomfortable staying on line too long. I would highly recommend that the unit owner have a password. I think Bahia Langosta Condos is an excellent place for couples or families to stay where they eat-in more; but for singles who prefer restaurant dining probably better to stay in or closer to Tamarindo. This unit was recently redone (travertine floors, granite counter tops, etc)and is nicely outfitted with everything you need. The main town of Tamarindo is only 5 minutes away by car and there are several supermarkets and restaurants and bars and places to shop.
