The Banovich home is located in the Pineland area which is approx. 2.5 miles south of Tahoe City. The main part of the home has 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, large living room, river rock fireplace; as you walk past the kitchen/dining room area, you walk up some stairs to the 5th bedroom, which is over the garage and is equipped with it's own bathroom, kitchenette, a television and games.

The house is fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, flatscreen TV with satellite, DVD, VCR, internet access, stereo with CD player, iPod docking station, dartboard, shuffle board table, air hockey table, ping pong table and gas fire pit. The back yard is nicely landscaped including a fire pit for summer use and the hot tub placed behind the house backing to forest. You can relax in the hammock or on the patio furniture while entertaining your guests. There is a gas barbecue on the deck. There's also a fenced in yard for your dog!

Across the street is Ward Creek and it's a short walk to Lake Tahoe. Also close to many hiking/biking trails!

Cleaning/linen fee of $240.00
