The Trembley house is located approx 2.5 miles from Tahoe City near Sunnyside. It has level access and parking for up to 4 cars. This classic Old Tahoe style home recently had the kitchen, upstairs kids room and two bathrooms completely remodeled. There is a large living room area with fireplace, vaulted ceilings, television with cable, internet access, VCR, DVD, stereo system with cassette and CD. The newer kitchen makes cooking a pleasure. There's a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and there's even an extra refrigerator in the pantry area for overflow.

Minutes away from Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows and Homewood ski areas as well as many snowshoeing/cross country ski trails.
