There also is a playground, sand volleyball court, basketball hoop, horseshoes, and grass lawns. Bathrooms, bikeracks, raft pump, too.

Stayed for 4 days in October, 2012 two of the rooms didn't have working heaters b/c the battery was out on the thermostat, but we didn't care b/c we only needed two rooms. i'm sure thye would have fixed it, but we didn't need it. other than that, amazing view. note, no window shades, so lots of sun in the morning (good/bad). The view of Lake Tahoe is stunning. The sunset and sunrise are absolutely breathtaking from the living room and the rooms with a view. The kitchen is well furnished and we ended up cooking all meals there. I will certainly rent this house again when I return to Lake Tahoe. An amazing oasis of peace.
