Just spent 4 nights there with 3 other couples from around the country and couldn't have been happier with the house. 4 bedrooms with king/queens are perfect for a group of friends (as opposed to most other rentals that offer bunk beds or twins). The kitchen had everything we needed to cook some great meals. The master bedroom view of the lake was wonderful. Location-wise, it's walking distance from the lake, just a couple miles from Tahoe City, and about 15 minutes to Squaw Valley. Just a great property all around...and pretty affordable too. Annual Family Holdiay Vacation A guest from Santa Cruz, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2012 I believe this is our 3rd or 4th time staying in this House and truly enjoy every minute..Some of the furniture, chairs in dining room and a lamp in family room need to replaced, otherwise this unit is perfect for our family. Stayed for 10 days in December, 2011 We had a great time and have stayed in this same rental unit before and came back because it fit our needs...the tankless hot water heater tends to go off and has to be reset numerous times..other than that we will be back...
