The Shoreview House is the perfect place for a family getaway. This home offers a quiet neighborhood with private beach access and is located approximately 2.5 miles from Tahoe City. It's been remodeled with beautiful hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, new appliances and has a gas fireplace. It's fully equipped with washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, internet access and all the kitchen items needed to prepare a fabulous meal. There are three bedrooms, two bathrooms as well as an oversized 1 car garage. Just a few minutes from the popular Tahoe Park Beach area and just a few blocks from Paige Meadows (popular hiking/biking area in summer and cross country ski area during winter months).

Close to Squaw Valley, Alpine Meadows, Homewood Mountain Resort and Northstar ski areas.

4 wheel drive is recommended when renting this home during winter months.

Cleaning fee of $150.00 includes linens.
