The Ontiveros house is located in the Talmont Estates area which is approximately 2.5 miles from Tahoe City, before Sunnyside on the hill. This home is in a quiet neighborhood and is close to the popular Paige Meadows where you can go cross country skiing/snowshoeing during the winter months or biking/hiking during the summer months.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs along with the living area, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom. The upstairs has the master bedroom, bathroom and loft area.

4 wheel drive is recommended when renting this home during winter months.

Cleaning fee of $150 includes linens
