The Fine house is located approx 3 miles south of Tahoe City in Timberland. The cozy living and dining room have vaulted ceilings, knotty pine walls and an incredible woodstove to keep you warm on those snowy winter nights. Come sringtime, don't forget to enjoy some sunny days on the new trex decking.

The bedrooms are nicely spaced apart with two bedrooms on the first floor and the third upstairs. There are two bathrooms in the hall downstairs and one off the bedroom upstairs. The second bathroom downstairs does not have a shower, but offers a clawfoot tub for a relaxing bath after a hard day of skiing.

This home and is equipped with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, telephone, television with cable, VCR, woodstove in the living room, and new carpet throughout the home. There's parking for up to 4 cars and also has a large area outside of the house that is available for dry wood storage.

Ski lease available this winter. 5 month ski lease beginning in December.
