as always the most relaxing spot i can think of Kemp and Dana from north huntingdon, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2013 As you guys always do we were taken care of by the people at offlake as if we were repeat customers. You guys are a pleasure to deal with and in a world that isnt always cutomer first we always feel happy and grateful for the service we get. Majestic is our home away from home and it kills us when it is sucked up by the long term renters. I think we have rented the house 7 or 8 times. Home away From Home Dana from Pittsburgh, Stayed for 0 days in November, 2011 We have rented this home at least seven times so this is truly our home away from home. It has all of the ammenites that you can ask for. I absolutely love this home and will be scheduling another visit in the near future. The only thing that could really make our stay complete Wi-Fi capability. Other than that we love it!!! Property Manager Response: Yes and thank you for being on our 'preferred guest' list - we love having you and appreciate the fine care you take of Majestic Sunrise when you visit. You are right that WiFi would be outstanding and, in fact, the owners have tried to get it installed. Unfortunately there is no high speed available in the area but we are sure when it comes available the owners will install it promptly! Of course there are hot spots around the County but you are always free to set up in our conference room and utilize our wireless internet if you have need during your vacation. Clean YP from Gaithersburg, MD, Stayed for 0 days in July, 2011 This is clean new house with lots of toys for kids and adults. We stayed there with 3 more fammilies with kids ranging from 18mo to 4,5-everybody was happy. There is a grill with large deck outside you can to go and stare at the stars, I with they would have a fire pit outside with chairs.		Overall Satisfacation
Relaxing, Incredible View, Home away from Home M Masek from Long Island, NY, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2010 This home had everything. We did not have to bring anything with us. The house is kept immaculate and the kitchen is completely equipped. The view of the valley mountains and farm is absolutely incredible and very tranquil. We ate dinner on the screen in porch every night. I would recommend this home to anyone who just needs to get away. We did not want to leave		Overall Satisfacation

Wonderful property....great weekend. DEABILLINGDEPT from ODENTON/BALTIMORE, Stayed for 0 days in March, 2010 We rented the Majestic Sunrise property for the 1st weekend in March 2010. As a group of 6 adults we were very comfortable with the space and size of the cabin. It does sleep up to 9-11 but this allowed each couple to have a floor to themselves. The cabin was beautiful and extremely clean. It was well equipped with all of the basics (ie paper towels, toilet paper, aluminum foil, dishes etc)which was especially nice. I give this property and our stay 5 stars but I will make note of a few things. We arrived 1 week after a heavy snow fall. Although the drive way had been plowed, it was not plowed to the pavement and not one of our 4 vehicles (one of which was an SUV) were able to make it up the long drive way. We contacted the office and someone was out within an hour to salt the drive way but it did not help. So this may be a consideration if you are traveling in the winter months. They do recommend you bring a shovel. May have helped a bit. As for directions, the ones on the website are great until the final part. After making a right onto the first Sky Valley, you will then make a right onto Sears Lane and the property is a few houses up on the left. The directions on line should be corrected. Lastly, there are directions noted on the electronics. However, we were unable to work the DVD player in the Great Room. As an alternative, we attempted to order a FREE movie and there was a child lock on it. So just a heads up. Perhaps we could have contacted the office but we never did. Overall the stay was great and I would highly recommend a weekend/week long get away. Michelle		Overall Satisfacation
Fun in the Sunow sheinicke from bowie, maryland, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 Record amounts of snow made for a great ski vacation. We would have benefited from a four-wheel drive to get to the home but made do without. The rental co. got us up the hill the first night by laying cinder, but subsequent nights we parked at the bottom and walked up (about a quarter mile). There was just one icy patch that kept us from getting up. Our only problem with the home was an awful sewage stench which began the night we arrived and never cleared up. We did call the rental co. and they sent a maintainence man but he said he didn't know why it was smelling. It was horrible! We had to keep the bathroom doors closed and open the windows in the bathroom. I assume the well needed to be pumped, which may have been impossible with close to 10 feet of snow. But nevertheless, it made for a very smelly home. (The odor was even outside) Other than that the home was perfect! Lots for the kids to do and plenty of room for two families of four. Very well equipped home with very comfortable furnishings. Property Manager Response: Dear Guests, we are so sorry for the smell. As it turns out, our Handyman determined that the enormous snowfall plugged the air vent for the septic system. This was a rather unfortunate event as it could not be remedied during your stay! The homeowners were quite upset as well that you experienced this and they hired the original builder to complete a thorough inspection of the plumbing to ensure that the weather situation was the only cause of this odor problem. So embarrassing and upsetting to have such an issue with one of our finest homes that Offlake Rentals program!		Overall Satisfacation
Majestic Sunrise...everything I wanted in a vacation and more. Cissandra from Greensburg, PA, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2009 This was the perfect spot for my family to vacation. The driving distance to area attracctions was very do-able and the house had something to offer each of us. DCL is fantastic but the relaxation at Majestic Sunrise can not be beat.
