Es gibt insgesamt sechs Schlafplätze, in SZ und Annex. An kühlen Tagen bringt der Holzofen wohlige Wärme. In der Umgebung mit Wald und Küste, kann man ausgiebige Spaziergänge machen. Das Haus liegt gut für Ausflüge zu Fünens zahlreichen Sehenswürdigkeiten, z.B. dem Odense Zoo, dem Eisenbahnmuseum oder dem H.C. Andersen Haus. Auch Langeland ist einen Abstecher wert.
