Paradise awaits you at “Baystater”, situated on the beach at 910C South Shore Drive, Surf City. “Baystater” is a part of Turtle Cove, located approximately .7 miles south of the Surf City traffic light. Each property in this community is privately owned and decorated to the taste of the owners. Upon entering the townhome, you will find newly installed tile flooring. On this main level is one bedroom that faces the street. It is nautically inspired and beautifully decorated with a trundle bed that will convert into a King size bed. A dresser and closet complete this room. A full size bathroom is conveniently located between the bedroom and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, stove, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave and dishwasher. The cabinets contain cooking and dining ware so that you may prepare your favorite island cuisine. A breakfast bar and 3 bar stools separate the kitchen from the living and dining area. The dining area is furnished with a table and 3 chairs. Situated nearby is the living area, furnished with rattan couch, chairs and tables with reading lamps that provide a tropical atmosphere. A wall mounted, flat screen TV/DVD is provided for your families entertainment or find a best seller in the book selection that is provided. Enjoy the sites and sounds of the ocean through the sliding glass door which leads to an all new deck! Comfortable deck chairs and awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean await you. The deck leads directly to the ocean and paradise. Returning to the house, take the stairs and you will find a second bedroom facing the street. This room is furnished with delightful tropical fish, a queen size bed and a single bed. Included in the furnishing is a chest of drawer, table with TV/VCR, closet and ceiling fan. Attached is a full size bath. In the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience. Down the hall is a tropical inspired Master Bedroom, furnished with wicker and rattan queen sized bed. Bedside tables with lamps, ceiling fan and closet are provided. The chest of drawers with tv/dvd, complete the room. Sliding glass doors provide access to the ocean front deck where you can enjoy the comfortable deck furnishings and watch the glorious sunrise. Each property has a two car maximum. If you’re not a fan of swimming in the ocean and playing in the sand, enjoy the community swimming pool located in the complex of Turtle Cove. Gate and pool pass are provided by Lewis Realty Associates. No smoking or pets are permitted at “Baystater”. Linens are not provided but can be rented locally. A small Surf City Public Park is located across South Topsail Drive from Turtle Cove and boasts a basket ball court, jungle gym, and swing just to name a few. New in 2008, is a dock that leads to the Intracoastal Waterway. Surf City Fishing Pier as well as fine dining and casual restaurants are just a few moments away.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
