The Surf Condominiums located in the heart of Surf City are great for vacationers that want to be within a short walking distance of Surf City’s business district. Beautifully landscaped, some outside amenities include a swimming pool with pool side gazebo and multi level decking around the pool. Relax on the deck furnishings provided. There are several outdoor showers and two private beach walkways that lead to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. The large parking lot is available to guests and residents and is guarded during the summer months. An onsite laundry facility is available for guest and owners alike. Pets are not permitted at any Surf Condo offered as a vacation or long term rental. Boats, trailers and jet skis are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside. Linens are not provided buy can be rented locally.
As you walk in the door, look to your right and you will see the master bedroom equipped with a queen bed. This bedroom has its own half bathroom. Walk through this bathroom and enter the other bathroom with the bathtub. Walk through the door of this bathroom and you are back in the hallway. The living room is decorated comfortably with couch and easy chairs. End tables with reading lamps and a coffee table complete the furnishings. Watch your favorite program on the TV or a movie on DVD/VCR. You can even listen to your favorite beach tunes on the CD/Radio. Upstairs in loft you have two dbl beds, plenty of room for everyone.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
