We welcome you to a little piece of the city penthouse of your dreams right here at home in Surf City!
This OCEANFRONT UPGRADED one bedroom, two bath Surf Condo features all the usual amenities of the Surf Condos like the community pool, ocean walkover, community laundry and green space.
But this is where the difference begins! As you walk into the condo, you are immediately greeted by coastal pine colored planked flooring throughout.
On to the kitchen area, you will feel the wide open space provided by a modified kitchen floor plan that features top of the line cabinetry, recessed lights on dimmers, upgraded modern appliances like stainless steel refrigerator & dishwasher, smooth top range & built in microwave. The butcher block countertops and corner kitchen sink with tile backsplash only add to the charm of this open kitchen plan. You will also find ample seating in the dining area for six with designer type table and chairs.
In the living area, a modern L shaped sofa with a built in Queen Sleeper awaits your family times playing games or watching the large screen flat panel television. There are also two other modern styled chairs in the living area providing ample seating for all.
The living area is also home to one of the greatest features, two extra long twin Murphy beds (conveniently folded up to the wall to preserve space until needed) with built in storage space on each side of the two Murphy beds. On the oceanfront deck, nothing can compare to the views of the Topsail Island shoreline and Atlantic Ocean right off the deck. The deck features patio furniture as well for relaxing times overlooking the beauty.
Back in the condo, in one of two full baths, you will find a very stylish and modern vanity & sink, shower and tub combination with a flip out shower rod to dry your wet items from those times in the ocean or pool. Tile floors in the bath add to the convenience of this property. For the lucky guests of the master bedroom, you will immediately notice a king bed that also can be transformed into two extra long twin beds back framed with a suede type headboard. You will also enjoy the flat panel television in this room with very ample storage areas.
If you are not surprised yet, step into the master bath. This is certainly not your typical Surf Condo bathroom! This bath features a very large full tile shower with sparkling tile border and removable body shower head. The floating vanity adds to the class of this bathroom along with the stylish bathroom sink like no other. Again, tile floors in the bath area add style and convenience. If you want to experience the top of the line oceanfront condo experience, Surf 116 is the property for you. We are very proud to represent such a well planned and thought out upgraded condo and are sure you will be creating memories to last a life time here! CNN & ESPN on each Television.

Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.

Beautiful but not restfull tuskany71 from Midway, NC, Stayed for 0 days in June, 2012 this was a beautiful place! the view is awesome! the beds are very hard, even the teenagers had trouble sleeping. WiFi was slow and hard to connect, would not reach to living room the building plumbing is Very Loud, you can hear when anyone uses any source of water. the stairwell was right outside our bedroom, we felt people were stomping not walking up the stairs. it was ridiculous! the pool closes at 7, it summer ?? Nicest condo we have stayed in at Surf City! Mark & Sherri from Webster City, Iowa, Stayed for 0 days in April, 2012 We have made several trips to Surf City and stay at Surf Condos or similar and Surf Condo #116 is by far the nicest we have stayed in. Beautifully decorated and very clean. Made us feel like we were right at home. Kitchen had everything we needed plus more. The murphy bed was really nice to just sleep on for a night to fall asleep to the sound of the ocean. Furniture and beds were very comfortable and updated. And, the view doesn't get any better than this condo. Spent many hours out sitting on the balcony just enjoying the view of and listening to the ocean. Plenty of time for catching up on some reading and just relaxing. Very quiet unit and very convenient to many restaurants and little shopping areas. Emailed the owner once and had a question and she emailed right back and had the issue taken care of first thing in the morning and checked back with us to make sure it was taken care of. Plenty of "beach equipment"; including chairs, skim boards, pails, toys, etc. I would just like to say I would recommend this condo to anyone who is looking to stay in the area. Couldn't have asked for a nicer condo, owner or realty company in charge of it. When we return to Surf City like we always do, we will definitely stay here again. Just can't get any better than walking for miles on the beach, shelling and just enjoying the peacefulness of Topsail Island. :)		Overall Satisfacation
Best condo at the Surf! 2 full baths after remodel... Stephanie H from Harrisonburg, VA, Stayed for 0 days in August, 2011 We have stayed at the Surf Condos for several years, and have stayed in units on all three levels. This condo is by far the best we have stayed in: (1) first floor oceanfront but above the dune view from the balcony, (2) underneath assigned parking so that you are in the shade and don't have to fight for a parking space close to your condo, (3) just remodeled, so everything is brand new & decorated in beautiful beachy palette, (4) right next to beach access & shower, (5) nice pool, (6) family-friendly beach/ not crowded, and (7) great rental company (Lewis Realty).
