Enjoy playing in the surf at the highly desirable Surf Condominiums located in the heart of Surf City. Located at 918 North New River Drive, Surf City the Surf Condos are great for vacationers that want to be within a short distance of Surf City’s business district. Beautifully landscaped, some outside amenities include a swimming pool with pool side gazebo and multi level decking around the pool. Relax on the deck furnishings provided. There are several outdoor showers and two private beach walkways that lead to the sandy, white beach and crystal blue waters. The large parking lot is available to guests and residents and is guarded during the summer months. An onsite laundry facility is available for guest and owners alike. Pets are not permitted at any Surf Condo offered as a vacation or long term rental. Boats, trailers and jet skis are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed outside. Linens are not provided buy can be rented locally. Surf 113 offers parking directly underneath the condo. Walk up one flight of stairs and you are at the front door of Surf 113. As you walk in the door, look to your right and you will see the master bedroom equipped with a queen bed and bright décor. This bedroom has its own half bathroom. Walk through this bathroom and enter the other bathroom with the bathtub. Walk through the door of this bathroom and you are back in the hallway. In this hallway is a set of bunk beds perfect for the children in your life. Walk further down the hall and enter into the living room. On one side is the fully stocked kitchen and the other is the dining area for enjoying all those home-cooked meal. There is a bar at the kitchen with extra seating for 2. Just off of the kitchen is the continued bright décor in the living room which features an entertainment center for family times. This living room is equipped with a deck for you to enjoy the sunrises while you enjoy for morning coffee. Surf 113 is non-smoking and does not allow pets. Linens not provided however can be rented, ask your reservationist today.

$100 deposit plus travel insurance (optional) due at time of booking. 50% of remaining balance due within 14 days of booking. Final payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations will not be due a refund unles property can be rerented for the same time period. Any pet friendly properties will be subject to a pet fee between $150-200.
