Beautiful stone farmhouse situated in quiet and panoramic location in Arezzo surroundings with extensive views on the Arno valley. This property is entirely fenced-in and provides large outdoor areas (2000 square meters), a swimming-pool and nice areas furnished for open-air dining. This villas was restored with its original architectural features such as beamed-ceilings and terracotta-tiled floors preserved and offers nice, welcoming interiors.
The location is peaceful and ideal for relaxing and enjoying the surrounding landscape.
The access to the property is via an unpaved road.
