Ski Time Square is in the heart of the ski village with shopping, dining and apres ski entertainment just steps away, and the slopes a short walk right across the street. This is one of the most popular vacation properties in Steamboat. These studio, one, two, and two-bedroom plus loft condominiums are an excellent value with an unmatched location. Ski Time Square makes it easy for you to conveniently rendezvous with friends and family morning, noon and night. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays- studio w/loft, 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom w/ loft - USD 20.00, 2 bedroom, 2 bedroom w/ loft - USD 35.00
