The clubhouse at The Phoenix features a guest lounge with pool table, card tables, T.V., gas fireplace and even a large screen movie projection theater. This is considered one the finest locations in Steamboat Colorado for families, ski clubs/groups, reunions or business retreats. The Phoenix is close to all that the Steamboat Ski Area has to offer and provides complimentary winter shuttle service. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. In lieu of a USD 250.00 Security Deposit authorization hold on a credit card at check-in, guests have the option to purchase a Security Deposit Waiver that will cover for accidental damages up to a maximum of USD 5000.00, for a nominal one time fee of USD 29.00. There are no cleaning fees for stays of 3 nights or more. The following cleaning fees will be collected upon check-in for all two night stays - 2 bedroom - USD 35.00, 3 bedroom â?? USD 50.00, 4 bedroom USD 65.00.
