For shared use: nice, well-kept garden 1'200 m2 with lawn 1'000 m2. Private: terrace (25 m2), garden furniture. In the house: Wireless LAN [WLAN], central heating. Communal covered parking by the house. Grocers 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bus stop 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course 20 km, tennis 2 km. Nearby attractions: Circuit Spa-Francorchamps 3 km, Thermen van Spa 19 km, Museum Ardennenoffensief in La Gleize 10 km. The house is situated on the hillocks of Stavelot (450 m above sea level). Washing machine and freezer for shared use in the garage . First floor is closed and is occasionally occupied by the owner. Please infom the keyholder 1 day prior to your approximate arrival time. Late arrivals are only possible in consultation with the keyholder. For arrival after 19h00, the key will be in the masterbox.
