I wish I wouldn't stay here

Stayed for 5 days in December, 2012
I've been renting houses from North Star resort to South Lake Tahoe for the past 7 years. This is the first time I've experienced such a disappointment mostly not by the house location (no complaints here) but from a horrible customer service and over all condition of the house. Think twice before renting this house.

The contract they have written up for this rental is way too rigid for the condition of the property(broken cabinets, older property etc.). The property management company, though very capable has very poor communication skills and customer service approach. At one time, we were even told to adjust with only 2 toilets while we had booked a 4 bathroom property because one clogged and the other one had issues with the flush knob. I would have overlooked the condition of the property if the property management company was more customer friendly. Unfortunately, it wasn't. The location though is very convenient and the neighborhood is nice and quiet.
