This room also has a 37'tv, DVD, wetbar, and plenty of seating. There are three couches to lounge, bench seats, and chairs. The first level also has a private bedroom with a queen bed and a shared newly remodeled slate bathroom with double shower heads. Upstairs on level two is bright and cheery with many windows, fully equipped kitchen and plenty of dining for everyone. Take in the breathtaking Lake Tahoe Pines and sit out on a large deck with bbq, patio table, and chairs. This level has a gaslog fireplace, 27'tv,DVD,and stereo. There are two private bedrooms and two full bathrooms on this level. One room is very spacious with a king bed and queen bed, private bathroom with double sinks, sunken bathtub,and tv. The other room has a king size bed that can access an additional full size bathroom from the bedroom or the hallway. This room also has tv. The next level is a loft with one double bed and a bunkbed.The loft is spacious with steep stairs. Your only a ten minute drive to casinos, restaurants, shopping, skiing, or famous Lake Tahoe beaches. Chains or snow tires required in winter. No garage access. Four car parking available. Awsome living room and toys Febrazuca from Newport Beach, CA, Stayed for 0 days in February, 2010 This house has basically 2 floors and a loft. The first floor is the living room, which has a nice home theater and a pool table and ice hocky table, a bedroom with a queen bed and a large separate bathroom with a shower. The living area is awsome, we really enjoyed the home theater with a projector and the games. This is the best of the house. The second floor is mostly the dining table and a large kitchen and a separate smaller table for up to 6. If I recall correctly you can fit 10-12 people in the dining table. There are 2 rooms, one with 2 queen beds and one with one queen or king bed. The loft has 2 bunker beds and a larger bed that is almost a queen. It feels like the kids' "room". There is also a large exterior patio and a bbq. Everythig in the first floor where the living room is is nice but the furniture in the dinig area looks dated, including the bedrooms and bathrooms. I recommend this house for the fun stuff in the first floor but the socond floor and the living rooms are ok. This house can easily accomodate 12 people, I reccomend if you have a large group and want to enjoy the home theater and games.		Overall Satisfacation
Exceeded Expectations calbear from Berkeley, CA, Stayed for 0 days in January, 2010 The house was beautiful and well priced. It slept a great number of people. The TV's and DirecTVs and stereo were SIIICK, but for us, sometimes hard to figure out. The hot tub was amazing, pool room, amazing, and the bathrooms are all perfect. Considering it's location as well this place is a 10, and I'm almost positive I'll be requesting this house next time I go.		Overall Satisfacation
