Great location. Property needs some maintenance. Beth E. from Fairfax, VA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2013 I felt like the property did not include all amenities advertised. For example we did not have access to the garage and there were some rooms shown on the photos that were actually owner only areas. We were only given 1 key in the lockbox. Would have been nice to have another set. Master toilet clogged, sink in rec room would not drain, kitchen garbage disposal did not work. All reported but no action taken. We fixed the garbage disposal ourselves. Bed was broken in the bedroom upstairs. We also reported this as soon as I was aware of the problem. We ended up not using the bedroom. It appears that slats underneath were broken and clear evidence that someone had previously tried to fix it. We moved a piece of wood that contained nails so kids would not get hurt. Management seems to think we broke the bed which is simply not true. Complicated system for tvs. We never could use the tvs in the bedroom because we could not figure out how to use the system and did not want to risk messing up the system. Most rentals usually have local info available - that would have been nice. Sorry - but for $1500 a night there should not be problems like this. Loved the rec room - nice selection of dvds. Amazing property. Breathtaking. Panos P. from San Ramon, CA recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 Amazing property. Breathtaking. Can?t wait to go back. We had a couple of families stay for the weekend and it was an amazing experience. House fit 17 people comfortably and we cant wait to go back.
