OAKS RENTALS LLC invites you to experience the luxury of staying on Derby lake in Stanton, Michigan.
We have 40 feet of lake frontage with a dock available for guests to bring their own boat.
The house is located within minutes of Greenville and Stanton, Michigan.
Derby lake is 118 acres with the 87 feet being the deepest.
Derby Lake is an all recreational lake which is excellent for swimming, fishing, and water skiing.
Property features includes 40 feet of lake frontage with access to a 15-20 ft dock. You may park your boat at the dock if desired. Lawn chairs are available on two decks attached to the back of the house. The lake area in the back of the house has a beautiful sandy bottom which gradually drops off past the end of the dock. Our swimming area goes from two to about 5.5 feet deep by the end of the dock.

Additional Ammenities: No Smoking, no Pets, Stereo,Pull-out Couch, Deck, Air conditioner for upstairs and fan for downstairs.
Guest only need to bring paper products (toilet paper, napkins & ect.), soap products, bath towels and washclothes, beach towels, cell phone, 13 gallon trash bags and food for their stay.

Payment Options: Weeks run from Sunday to Sunday.
Money order or personal check.
Deposit: $120.00 (20%) down payment to confirm reservation with remainder due at check-in. Letter of confirmation will be sent with directions to arrive
Lodging Tax: 6% State Use tax
Other Policies: rates are for 6 people. Additional $25 per person beyond 6.

Cancellation Policy: Your full deposit will be refunded if one of the two following situations occurs.
- Reservation is cancelled at least one month before date of arrival.
- If cancelled within a month of arrival and house has been rented for the same dates.
A live conversation is needed to place a reservation. If you left a message on our machine we will return your phone calls within a few days.
