Mediocre A guest from Charleston, IL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 Carpet needed cleaning. According to a maintenance guy, the sofabed cannot be repaired and needs to be replaced, sheets were for a king bed instead of a queen. second time at Isla del Sol A guest from Charlotte, NC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2012 First time we stayed at different unit, much nicer floor plan, cleaner, newer. This stay was fine, however we had two issues. One was toilet bowl (fixed promptly) and the other Internet. Management didn't have anybody who could resolve the connection problem for us, so I had to fix it myself. Phone was not working properly so it was useless. We had no internet for 3 days, until after talking to Verizon I was advised to disconnect the phone cable in order for internet to work. Splitter was defect. I think this was not my job to do. Everything should have worked properly.Also, it was not very nice to see them spray for bugs and finish cleaning while we were arriving. We checked in in the evening, so they had plenty of time to finish everything before we came. Overall, it was a nice stay. We especially liked the pool in the evening. Overall great experience. A guest from Racine, WI recommends this property. Stayed for 8 days in March, 2012 Great quiet location - clean and easy to access. The only criticism is that the beds and bedding need to be changed. Mattresses are not comfortable - and shoudn't be covered in plastic...yuck. Property Manager Response: Response from Waterfront Vacation Rentals Inc. A representative from Waterfront Vacations went to the condo 6/27/12 and tried out the beds. Found them all to be comfortable. (The 2 twin beds are actually 2 separated bunk beds). Spreads were all in good shape and clean. I have never done this before, but am glad I did. The Condo was clean, well laid out, and we had everything we needed. I would not hesitate to book through Waterfront Vacations again. This unit is the best equiped and maintained of any we have stayed in. The only complaint is that the living room furniture while appearing to be in good shape is not very comfortable.
