As usual our stay of 3 x weeks was superb. Amazing weather, good restaurants, excellent accommodation and very friendly people.This is the first time we have used this condo but I can assure you it will not be the last!The view of the new bridge from the condo is stunning and amazingly quiet, that is compared to the old bridge.Our favorite restaurants include Middle Ground Grill, Island Grille & Raw Bar, Boardwalk, Bongos on the beach, Salt Rock, Conch Republic and don't forget the Don Cesar for breakfast (very reasonably priced too).We shall be returning again next October 2015.

Had a wonderful time at isla del sol. The property and grounds were impeccable, well maintained and with friendly and visable security. The location was great...close to everything but quiet and away from the busy blvd. The condo was very nice...spacious and nicely furnished with beautiful views. My one complaint would be with the cleaning company or persons who are paid by renters to clean the units. While, at first look, things appeared was soon clear that only a quick and cleaning was done. Glass was found under furniture, as was dust and food. One would expect the amount charged for cleaning would guarantee a thorough job be done. Overall, a great unit, location and area...agency was great to deal with...we will definately return.

Thank you for letting us know. Furniture (that isn't easily moved) is not cleaned underneath on a regular cleaning. An annual deep cleaning is done in the late fall before winter/spring arrivals.

This is a lovely unit. Freshly painted, new televisions and beautifully furnished. The cleanliness of the unit was not as good as we have come to expect from Waterfront. Broken glass on the living room floor that we had to clean up. Also, the Master bedroom has a DOUBLE bed not a Queen as advertised. We were disappointed in that. The cleaning lady called very late in the evening to see when were vacating. This was most annoying as she should know the we are required to vacate by 10AM. I didn't need to be chased on my last day of vacation. Next time, I do not want to hear from the cleaning staff.

Thank you for your comments. We are sorry for the cleaning issues you encountered when you came in. In the future please call us so we can rectify the cleaning issues as soon as possible. The master bedroom bed is scheduled to be changed to a king size bed this summer. The cleaning staff does call all of the guests to get an estimated time of departure as we have 100+ check outs on a Saturday and the units have to be scheduled accordingly as to get them cleaned between 10 and 3. Some people leave early so we can schedule them earlier.

It's very nice and user friendly unit, nice furniture, a bit basic bathrooms, fantastic location, very convenient for all good places to see and eat out, very professional management company, would recommend to a friend.
