Stayed for 14 days in March, 2013 We've rented many times over the years and although the unit was furnished well...many areas needed to be dusted. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was VERY dusty and above all doorways was also very dusty. Nooks and crannies on the bathroom floors and kitchen. Counters were in great shape. Also could use a good cleaning around the washer and dryer area. I will say that overall we liked the unit. The tub in the master bath could be very dangerous for an elderly person to step in and out of. A couple of the bath towels were pretty small and one had holes in it in a couple of places. It was very nice to get a phone call from the management company to find out if everything was ok. I mentioned the towels at that time. I would definitely use Waterfront Vacation Rentals again! The directions given took us straight to the door without problem. (Nearby roadworks did not affect our stay). Gulf beaches all within easy reach, especially Fort De Soto which is a must-see. Downtown St Petersburg also not far along with many other 'see-and-do' The accommodation was excellent, very comfortable. The only bad point was having to leave after a wonderful two weeks. Stayed for 7 days in September, 2012 Great condo in a great position to explore St Petersburg and Tampa as well as south of the skyway bridge. Beautifully clean and comfortable. Would recommend replacing the 2 single beds with doubles as the single beds were not hugely comfortable and had plastic covers which made them too hot and sweaty. Comfortable sofa bed. It is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the people there are very nice. the only thing that I am concerned is it is not big enough for 6 people. I wish it is bigger. It was convinient to everything, it was impressively clean & spacious. We had some troubles with t he internet connection which would not have been a problem except that part of our stay was for work and we needed to connect. Looking forward to another stay on the Gulf.
