Great Location but apartment needs update Petra D. from Frankfurt, Hessen does not recommend this property. Stayed for 14 days in November, 2012 The view from the balcony is great, you can see dolphins every day and from the master bedroom you see the sunrise. The two bathrooms and the kitchen are old and you can see it. Especially the kitchen appliances are very old and look dirty. Stayed for 83 days in December, 2011 The unit, view, location and very nice building facilities all contributed to a very pleasant stay. Our only real complaint was an unfortunate smell from the lake on the property that lasted for about 3 weeks and prevented us from using the balcony or outdoor amenities.
