Kitchen was incredibly complete with everything you could possibly want and all like new! View was absolutely magnificent. Only negative for me was the softness of the sofa seats...when you sat down you disappeared! I much prefer a firm cushion. If you cycle, there are miles of paved trails outside the complex and over the bridge to Tierra Verde. Grounds are beautifully maintained and the pool area was very pleasant. Sunsets viewed from the balcony were nothing short of spectacular. Very well stocked kitchen. Only downside was a very slow working clothes dryer. Great view from Balcony. Interior dirty. A guest from St. Johns, NL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2010 Carpet in both bedrooms needs to be replaced. Sofa very dirty. Disappointed John S. from Marion, OH does not recommend this property. Stayed for 35 days in January, 2010 We have stayed in this unit for 4 years, I believe. This year it is obvious that the owner is not maintaining it. John showed Linda the pictures of the problemsand discussed it in the Waterfront office. We then were without electricity for seven hours on the first Wednesday of March, I believe. The owner did relay that she would refund three nights lodging, which was fair. But all in all as to the condo, it was not the best stay and especially for the money we paid. The office staff was most helpful in regard to the electricity problem.
