Worn out Rental Condo A guest from Flemington, NJ does not recommend this property. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2013 As in many of these rentals, the cleaning performed was satisfactory but this unit,was need of a good spring cleaning from top to bottom. The flooring needed the work of a professional service and that included the rug in bedroom. The oven, very dirty, seemed that it was never cleaned. The sofa and table in living room worn. Perhaps a fresh coat of paint throughout would freshen things up quite a bit.Window and door screens extremely tattered and needed repair. Other than the location and the professional assistance of the management company I would not, in its present condition, recommend this location. Stayed for 60 days in February, 2012 Thank you for giving us an opportunity to comment on our two month stay at Isla del Sol. First of all, we would like to thank Carrie for her efforts to find a solution to our internet connection. We loved the location and proximety to shopping and the wonderful beaches, especially Ft. Desoto Park. We would like to commend the cleanng lady for her efforts to have the condo ready for our arrival - we felt she was rushed to meet our arrival deadlline. Because of this we, found some deterioration in the condition of the condo from March, 2011. Also, thank you for going the extra mile in trying to find Eleanor's passport. Stayed for 30 days in March, 2011 Generally satisfied with everything during our stay - the view from our living room window was priceless. The vertical blinds in the bedroom were not working properly and the screens onto balcony need maintenance. Otherwise, we enjoyed a wonderful experience during our stay at Isla Del Sol. Stayed for 30 days in January, 2010 reasons which we lifted up as a tripping hazard for my husband (post knee replacement) & discovered they were hiding dirty stains.For the same $3000 per month nwe would prefer to stay at bahia Del Mar as recommended by friends as condo contents & cleanliness of better quality.
