The pool was lovely to relax by, the unit was clean. We enjoyed being able to walk to local restaurants, and appreciated local restaurant menus left in the brochure. Stayed for 3 days in September, 2012 Unfortunately at the last minute we had a medical emergency in the family that delayed our trip and what had originally been scheduled as a 3 night stay ended up being just 1 night. I understood the insurance policy when I rented the unit but didn?t take the insurance so we paid full 3 night price for a 1 night stay making it a very expensive unit for us rent.Since we were considering buying a unit in the area it was ok to experience that from a customer perspective and it did give us a new perspective on that portion of the process.Overall the unit was ok. I have seen and been in much worse after renting in the Sun Coast region for the past 25 years. One item that I did find a little shabby was the fact that there were paper towels stuck around a pipe that went through the wall to act as a filler, I supposed to help hold the pipe in place. Stayed for 8 days in April, 2012 We have stayed in this unit before and found everything to be satisfactory other than a few light bulbs being out which was solved by a quick trip to the local dollar store. Also the toilet was running and my husband replaced the flapper rather than calling in a repair crew. Waterfront Realty was a pleasure to deal with as usual and the Waves is a great location within walking distance of restaurants, bars, the beach , grocery and drug stores yet secluded and quiet. Stayed for 4 days in April, 2012 I would like to start off saying there were many of us from Canada staying at your rental property for a family wedding in St. Pete's. Although I can not speak for everyone that stayed there I can say myself and my spouse were impressed with the whole set up of your rental. There were only a couple of things that we feel need your attention. The pool was very cloudy the whole time we were there, it appeared to have had possible chemical imbalances. We would have liked to have seen patio chairs outside our unit. Overall I would highly recommend staying on this property. The furniture was beautiful and comfortable. We can tell that waves keeps up with the property in general. In our stay, the pool guy was out twice, the condo area was re-mulched, and the outside cleaning people were there every other day. This is a very clean well taken care of Condo community. I personally plan on staying at waves 17 again, but if its not available, I will be at waves period. Stayed for 8 days in May, 2011 Overall we had a great vacation. had a couple of days where the pool was cloudy and forming algae so we called the property manager and the pool guy came right out and corrected it. We also had an issue with the toilet fill valve but this was corrected as well. We have stayerd at this property a number of times and always enjoy it. The neighborhood is safe and within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. Our week was very relaxing anf much needed, especially after our cold winter and rainy Spring in the Northeast. Stayed for 16 days in November, 2010 It was our first time staying at the Waves,we never saw no manager, only insturctions by e-mail before we was a lovily condo,I found everything clean except the bathroom , could be cleaner. I found dirt around the sink just like if someone threw up, slpashed around, I cleaned it up.Other than that it was clean. We would like to stay there next fall again again, will be in touch about that later.One thing I would like to see there is a new frying pan and pot,our pan was a disgrace, all marks and we had no small pot.
