The water depth ranges from three to five feet, so don't forget your boat. An extra kayak dock and two floating docks designed for your jet skis complete the abundant options for outdoor activities. Two tandem (two-person) kayaks are available for a fee. Three levels of furnished decks are ideal places to watch the sweeping sunsets light up the evening sky. Three bedrooms are located on the first level and each have direct deck access. On the second level, an open living/dining/kitchen area has attractive furnishings, tile floors and a large dining room table. A Keurig coffee maker is provided so be sure to bring your favorite pods of coffee and tea. The fourth bedroom is also located on this level with the master bath features a jetted tub and separate shower. A private balcony is the featured amenity in the top level master suite. Every room has a large TV, multiple DVD players, a stereo, DVD library, Wii and games plus a book library for indoor entertainment. A pack-n-play and high chair are provided for the little ones along with beach toys and extra beach towels. Sorry, the elevator does not service the top level master suite.

Our Reservations Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. During the months of June and July, our office is open until 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Check-In and Out: Please plan your vacation accordingly as we need time to prepare your vacation home for you. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm year round and in High Season, we guarantee it by 6:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
All Inclusive Pricing: Because price is important, and while other companies are piling on extra fees, we have made it simple. Our goal is to save you time and money by offering all inclusive pricing. Simply put, you pay the advertised rate plus state and local taxes with no additional fees except optional selections such as pool heat or use of an elevator.

Keyless Entry: We are proud to provide keyless entry into nearly all of the vacation homes on our program. By submitting full payment as scheduled and completing the required paperwork as requested, you can receive a key code to your home and bypass the potential lines at the Check-In Center. It's convenient as you head home too, because there are no keys to return.
Complimentary Linens: Do not worry about packing linens and towels; we have provided them for you at no extra charge. Arrive at your vacation home to find your beds freshly made and a set of bath towels folded neatly on each bed for every person in your party.

How to Make a Reservation: Browse our website or request a vacation planner on our website to get an idea of the kind of property or properties that will best suit your needs. Once you have made a list of possibilities, reservations can be made online or please call our office and one of our Reservation Specialists will be happy to assist you in making a final selection.
Confirming a Tentative Reservation: Within 10 days of booking, reservations made in advance require 25% of the total rent due to confirm your reservation. A second payment of 25% is due 90 days prior to arrival with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We have several methods for payment: By postal service, we accept your personal check, money order or cashier's check. Payment can be made online with a "web check" which is a personal check submitted electronically through a secure site. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover online with a convenience fee of $30. For last minute reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking. The payment method is the same as described above except that payment made through the postal service must be sent via an overnight carrier.
