Prepare meals in the large, open kitchen with Pro-Series stainless appliances, granite counters and separate full sized refrigerator and freezer. You may also choose to cook in the outdoor kitchen located in the 1000+ sq. ft. ground level screened room. This oasis offers a stainless Pro-Series gas grill, a large 30 qt. boiler to prepare the area's famous seafood and a refrigerator/freezer with ice maker. Enjoy a game of billiards or simply unwind and enjoy the Gulf breeze in this beautiful outdoor area. After dinner, watch the dolphins swim in the Gulf as the sun sets while relaxing in the 6-8 person hot tub on the covered deck. At the end of the evening, retire to the living room or bedrooms, three of which are beachfront. Enjoy satellite TV from any one of the large, flat panel HDTVs or watch movies on any one of the DVD players. A large bath has a jetted tub with skylight, a two-seated steam room/shower, water closet with heated bidet plus a sit down makeup vanity. A master suite located upstairs offers panoramic views from the private beachfront balcony. An extra large steam washer and dryer offer a personal touch for your home away from home. Four-legged friends are welcome, no cats please.

Office Hours: Our office is open 7 days a week year-round from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST except for Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Days. Our Reservations Department is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist you. During the months of June and July, our office is open until 6:00 pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
Check-In and Out: Please plan your vacation accordingly as we need time to prepare your vacation home for you. Check-in begins at 4:00 pm year round and in High Season, we guarantee it by 6:00 pm. Check-out is 10:00 am.
All Inclusive Pricing: Because price is important, and while other companies are piling on extra fees, we have made it simple. Our goal is to save you time and money by offering all inclusive pricing. Simply put, you pay the advertised rate plus state and local taxes with no additional fees except optional selections such as pool heat or use of an elevator.
Travel Insurance: Your reservation includes travel insurance.
Keyless Entry: We are proud to provide keyless entry into nearly all of the vacation homes on our program. By submitting full payment as scheduled and completing the required paperwork as requested, you can receive a key code to your home and bypass the potential lines at the Check-In Center. It's convenient as you head home too, because there are no keys to return.
Complimentary Linens: Do not worry about packing linens and towels; we have provided them for you at no extra charge. Arrive at your vacation home to find your beds freshly made and a set of bath towels folded neatly on each bed for every person in your party.
Free Long Distance Calls: You can call almost anywhere in the world free of charge from your vacation home.
Little Touches Make a Big Difference: Our properties offer all of the comforts of home with a little extra. We are pleased to provide you with a starter supply of garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher soap, hand soap and coffee filters.
How to Make a Reservation: Browse our website or request a vacation planner on our website to get an idea of the kind of property or properties that will best suit your needs. Once you have made a list of possibilities, reservations can be made online or please call our office and one of our Reservation Specialists will be happy to assist you in making a final selection.
Confirming a Tentative Reservation: Within 10 days of booking, reservations made in advance require 25% of the total rent due to confirm your reservation. A second payment of 25% is due 90 days prior to arrival with the final balance due 30 days prior to arrival. We have several methods for payment: By postal service, we accept your personal check, money order or cashier's check. Payment can be made online with a "web check" which is a personal check submitted electronically through a secure site. We also accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover online with a convenience fee of $30. For last minute reservations made less than 45 days prior to arrival, full payment is due within 48 hours of booking. The payment method is the same as described above except that payment made through the postal service must be sent via an overnight carrier.
