The perfect home for a family vacation awaits you, with immediate beach access, a washer and dryer, and so many other extras. Lollygaggin’ boasts its own boardwalk leading directly to the Gulf shore, and the paved recreation path is right here, too. With 4 beautiful bedrooms plus a nursery off the master suite, as well as a swinging bed on the large screened porch, there’s sleeping space for 10. The bedrooms, each with its own TV with cable, consist of a queen room and the king master suite upstairs (with the nursery set off by a pocket door), and a queen room and one with two twins on the main floor. There are 3.5 baths, including a whirlpool tub in the master. The well-appointed kitchen features an extra sink in the island and it opens to the fireplaced living area, which has a great entertainment system with DVD player, VCR and surround-sound. There’s also a “morning kitchen” as part of the king master suite: it has a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Everyone will enjoy the views from the covered observation deck (atop the house) and the second-level covered porch. On the main level, the 12' x 42' screened porch comes complete with a large dining table for great family meals; there’s also a sundeck off this porch. Out on the ground level there is a fish cleaning sink and an outdoor shower, both with hot and cold water. You can even bring the dog, as Lollygaggin’ is pet-friendly.

Sleeps 10: 1 King, 2 Queens, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
