Location is key at Lattimer House, a delightfully sunlit one-level home just two blocks from the Gulf and three blocks from Apalachicola Bay. With 3 queen bedrooms, a twin with 2 beds, and a sleep-sofa for 2, it accommodates 10 for a memorable vacation of swimming, fishing, beachcombing and just plain relaxing. Stores, restaurants and recreational opportunities are all very close. The property offers an outdoor shower, covered parking, an area for cleaning fish, and a charcoal grill to cook it on. Both the front and back of the home feature covered deck areas with seating and incredible views. Inside, there is new tile flooring in the living room, ceramic tile in the dining area and kitchen, and carpeted floors in the bedrooms. The kitchen island provides a great space for meal prep, with a couple of chairs. Please note: free unlimited long-distance is not included with this property.
