Sleeping arrangements consist of 1 king bedroom, 1 queen, and a twin room with 1 single bed plus a single/double bunk, and there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The Gulf views go on forever, and so do the recreation opportunities with such proximity to the endless white sand, paved walking/bicycling path, and club house with pool, gym room and tennis courts. The home’s recent renovations include an updated baths and stainless kitchen, contemporary Florida-style décor, new ceramic tile and paint, flat-panel TVs with Blu-Ray players and ceilings fans in every room. You’ll enjoy the convenience of free high-speed Internet access and washer and dryer. There’s a screened porch for warm nights and a magnificent stone fireplace for cooler ones. Outside, there’s a shower and a grill area, and your small (35 lbs. or less) dog is welcome.
