It sleeps six in three carpeted bedrooms: two masters, including one on the top level with private sundeck, and a twin room with two beds. The house features a well-appointed kitchen and two separate living areas with comfortable furniture. It has plenty of entertainment equipment, including several TVs, a DVD player, a VCR, and a stereo with CD player. Ceiling fans keep everyone cool, and there’s a whirlpool bath for ultimate relaxation. Outside, you’ll enjoy a large grill and a fish-cleaning station so you can prepare and cook your catch. There’s also covered parking and entry, an outdoor shower and a private boardwalk to the Gulf beach. Guests with physical challenges may use the home’s elevator with prior arrangement. Sunbird is also dog-friendly, so you may bring Spot along, too.
