On the first floor there is a king master bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. The second floor has 1 twin bedroom and 1 queen bedroom. Don't forget to bring your family's best friend so Fluffy can enjoy the beach too.

Sleeps 8: 1 King, 2 Twins, 1 queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa.
