Cliffside on the breezy side of Pointe Milou, the sprawling and spectacular 6 bedroom Villa Seascape lays claim to a panoramic view of the sea and the dramatic sounds of the rolling surf. Outdoor living spaces abound on a series of multi-level terraces that offer sun and shade and a generously sized deck surrounds an infinity edge pool - heated in winter - and measuring an impressive 55 ft x 16 ft. A covered outdoor living area overlooks the pool and the view, while a lower deck area - just to the left of the pool is perfect for sunbathing. Designed for professional use and outfitted with Gaggenau appliances (double refrigerators, freezers and dishwashers) the kitchen has all the extra-nice amenities like an espresso machine and wine cooler; its pull-up bar and stools make it a great spot to gather. The dining room features a table for 12. Guests also enjoy the spacious comfortable living room with dual sectional sofas offers an additional area for TV viewing and relaxing. A rear terrace affords guests the opportunity to be on the leeward side of the living room.

All six of the bedrooms have beautifully appointed en suite baths with double vanities, private WC‘s and rain head showers; they are designed to leverage the panoramic view from every vantage. Each features ample closet space (with a dressing area) a California king bed, a desk, and a sitting area. Electronics include a plasma TV with satellite service accessing U.S. stations, a DVD player an iPod dock and a WiFi router. Two of the bedrooms are on the first (main) level, three are on the 2nd - all have sliders to access the outdoor space. The designated master suite (its bath includes a Jacuzzi tub) is on the lowest level - near the fitness room - and has its own terrace. Well equipped and sharing the amazing view, the fitness room includes a full bath; note there is also a guest bath on the main level. A rugged path leads down to the water and a protected cove.
