Privately located in beautiful Pointe Milou, villa Sunrise-Sunset features a striking walled stone terrace where a pair of palm trees stand guard and frame a breathtaking panorama of the sea and neighboring islands. The terrace offers sun and shade and abundant living and dining spaces. Sunsets viewed from here are exquisite! The vista expands across to Lorient, St. Jean (including the infamous little airport runway) and beyond. The kitchen, crisp white with elegant granite counters, boasts a picture-perfect view of the sunrise. What a treat with your morning coffee. There is a spacious living room, with an alcove that works nicely as a TV nook and a formal dining area. There are three (king) bedrooms all with baths en suite. One is housed in a separate pavilion while the master suite, which opens to the terrace, and a lovely, slightly smaller bedroom are in the main house. The pool, with its deep blue mosaic tiles, is located on a lower level and is ensconced in a perfect-for-lounging deck that includes an outdoor shower. Guests love to be able to walk to popular Le Ti St. Barth for dinner – and maybe some dancing on the tabletops! Villa Sunrise-Sunset is a lovely vacation home that would suit honeymooners, couples or families with children.
